Alzheimer’s in Indian Country
Held in conjunction with the quarterly meeting of Great Lakes Native American Elder Association (GLNAEA), Alzheimer’s in Indian Country offers educational programing on brain health and the impacts of Alzheimer’s disease in Native American communities.
The next GLNAEA meeting is scheduled for September 2nd and 3rd, 2026 at the Ho-Chunk Casino/Convention Center. Educational programming will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd and the GLNAEA membership meeting will take place on the 3rd.
The aim of GLNAEA is “to aid and assist in the improvement of the economic, social, healthful and spiritual well-being of the Native American Indian Elders of the State of Wisconsin and the Lac Vieux Desert Tribe, from Watersmeet, Michigan.”
